The Inner Seller
David Bell and Stacy Lambatos have been friends and colleagues for 10 years and are coming together to lead The Inner Seller Experience.
The Inner Seller is an interactive experience that provides a space for leaders to connect and learn from one another, to take a pause and realign with what is most important. Participants will gain a better understanding of who they are; beyond auto pilot behaviors and cultural conditioning. The intimate group of 20 will connect, discuss and openly share on topics of trust, choice, leadership and authenticity.
Participants will receive a private 30 minute CliftonStrengths coaching session with David and Stacy (booked separately from April 23). We will leverage the results from each assessment to identify individual strengths and career opportunities; helping leaders become more self aware, both personally and professionally.
And of course, there will be a few surprises along the way!
Here’s a look into our day together:
Morning Session: IN SEARCH OF ME
- The masks we wear: How we see ourselves and how do others see us
- Lessons and stories on leading and succeeding from the heart
- Leveraging the “unmasked” self in business and in life
Afternoon Session: SETTING THE “ME” INTO ACTION
- Exploring the greatest gift we are given in life: CHOICE
- Selling and influencing authentically: Identifying our fears as a tool to connect and influence
- Trust: the power, the crises and the search for it
- The pillars and non-negotiables of servant leadership
This experience is for business and sales leaders and their teams. Individuals who will resonate with The Inner Seller are eager to grow, connect and look within.
This is our first experience of what will be a series of lessons, stories, teachings and events rooted in mindful living, leading and loving. We can’t wait to connect and share this work with you!

- Stacy LambatosFounder, CAYA Studios
I am the founder of CAYA Studios. CAYA is the culmination of my personal passion and professional experience. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been finding and experiencing different ways to learn about myself and grow . I also chose a high stress career in events and marketing that taught me the ropes of conscious leadership and how to manage stress, while finding “success” in both public and private companies.
Prior to starting CAYA Studios, I was the VP of Brand Experiences for Verizon Media, the $8B Verizon Communications, Inc (NYSE: VZ) subsidiary. Over the 8 years at the company, I held leadership positions within events, B2B marketing, creative, and corporate brand. My experience through 8+ mergers and acquisitions, management changes and growing a team of 4 to 50+ employees has given me firsthand experience in leadership, business operations, marketing, building relationships and creating client and employee experiences. It was during these years I started getting the vision for CAYA, rooted in my own experience of intensity and change in the workplace and seeing the need for my own team’s wellbeing and joy, in and outside of work.
I was born and raised in Denver, CO and received my BBA, with an entrepreneurship emphasis at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. I’ve had the privilege of calling Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City home throughout my life. I’m a lover of people, connections, experiences….and candles!
